About Us

We are an entirely independent group, which aims to keep you informed on changes that affect travellers using Hatfield Station and also put forward the views of Hatfield Station users to Great Northern Rail and other relevant organisations.

​Timetable and Route Changes
We would like to see improved frequency between the peaks Mon-Fri and at weekends.
 
Traveller Experience:
We are advocates for improved communications from Great Northern. We are committed to maintaining and optimising the station appearance to provide a pleasant and efficient environment.
 
Staff availability:
We are dedicated to consistent staffing of the ticket counters, particularly during busy off-peak times such as Saturday mornings. Our aim is to ensure reliable support for all travellers at the station.

Timetable and Route Changes

We focus on engaging with relevant organisations to address planned timetable and route changes, ensuring smooth and convenient travel experiences for Hatfield Station users. We advocate for direct trains from London, stopping right at the southern end of Platform 3, to enhance accessibility and efficiency.

Traveller Experience

We are advocates for clear information for passengers, particularly regarding fares and service changes during engineering / disruption. We are committed to maintaining and optimising the retail units and the station appearance to provide a pleasant and efficient environment.

We work to address issues with train service communications, such as announcements, info boards, and inconsistencies in websites and apps. Our goal is to ensure accurate, timely, and clear communication for all travellers using Hatfield Station.
